Lost an item at Disneyland Paris: what to do
Most items are recovered through the official service, which is free. Here is how it works, where it stops, and what to do when your flight is tomorrow.

Start with the official service: it is free
Report the loss to the official service first. Disneyland Paris uses the Troov platform for items lost in both parks, in the Disney hotels and in Disney Village. Reporting costs nothing, and collecting your item on site costs nothing either. A photo of the item markedly improves your chances: add one to your report.
If you are still on site, tell the staff at the place where you think you lost it, then go to the lost and found office: City Hall on Main Street in Disneyland Park, next to Studio Services in Walt Disney Studios Park. If you have already left, report it online.
The central lost and found office is on Boulevard de Parc in Coupvray, open every day from 9 am to 6 pm. Shipping is possible, but the cost varies with the item and the destination, and the timing depends on processing.
What the official service does not cover
Troov's scope ends at the parks, the Disney hotels and Disney Village. Beyond that there is no central service: every establishment handles its own lost property, under its own rules.
In practice, no official report will help you if you left something in a partner hotel, in an Airbnb rental, in a La Vallée Village shop, at the Val d'Europe shopping centre, on the RER or in a taxi. Each place has to be contacted one by one.
And even inside the covered area, two constraints remain: the office closes at 6 pm, and you have to be physically in Coupvray to collect. Once you are home, or your plane leaves tomorrow morning, that is not enough.
What we do, and what we do not do
We do not replace the official service and we do not compete with it: always start there, it is free. Our role begins afterwards, when the item has been found but nobody can go and fetch it.
We travel to collect the item from whoever holds it — the lost and found office, a hotel reception, a shop, a rental owner — and hand it to you where you are: another hotel, the station, the airport, or an address in the Paris region. You pay for the journey, never for the item.
We can do nothing without the holder's agreement. A hotel is not obliged to release your belongings to a third party, and many require written authorisation from you, sometimes a copy of your ID. We check this every time before travelling, and we tell you plainly when it is not possible.

Nothing. Reporting on Troov is free, and collecting the item in person at the lost and found office is free too. Only shipping incurs a cost, which varies with the item and the destination.
Yes. The online report can be filed at any time, including after you leave. Add a photo and a precise description: that is what allows your item to be matched with what has been collected.
The office closes at 6 pm and does not ship same day. If you cannot go yourself, we can collect the item for you and bring it to your hotel, the station or the airport, provided the office agrees to release it to a third party.
Yes, provided the establishment or the owner has found it and agrees to hand it to a third party. We check that with them before travelling, and we confirm the price before we act.
Never. We charge only for the journey and the time it takes. The item is yours, and its return by the official service is free.
Your item has been found, but you cannot go and get it?
Tell us where it is and where you are. We check feasibility with whoever holds it and confirm the price before setting off.
