80% of our activity is concierge work: we collect, buy and deliver what you need, anywhere around Disneyland Paris, Val d'Europe and Serris. Taxi driving is only part of what we do.
Every request is different. Here are the concierge missions we handle most often, always following the same principle: we check feasibility, quote the price before acting, then carry out the mission quickly and discreetly.
Recovering forgotten items
Left your passport at your previous hotel? After checking feasibility and the collection conditions, we can pick it up and return it to your hotel or an agreed address. We also handle phones, chargers, keys, wallets, clothing, glasses, medication, comfort toys, strollers and luggage forgotten in a hotel, restaurant, park, station or airport.

Urgent hotel delivery
Hygiene products, nappies, wipes, baby formula, chargers, adapters, rain gear, umbrellas, bottled water: we buy and quickly deliver whatever your stay is missing, straight to your room or the front desk.
Flowers, gifts and birthdays
A birthday, a proposal, a surprise to organise? We buy and deliver bouquets, cakes, chocolates, gifts and balloons, once arrangements are confirmed with the chosen supplier.
Personal shopping
Tell us what you need, we do the shopping for you and deliver it straight to your hotel or accommodation — without you having to interrupt your day.
La Vallée Village and Val d'Europe
Want to collect your La Vallée Village Outlet purchases without interrupting your day? Let us collect and deliver your bags, once arrangements are confirmed with the relevant boutiques. The same applies to the Val d'Europe shopping centre and the shops in Serris.

Grocery errands
Breakfast items, drinks, fruit, children's products or everyday essentials: we buy them and deliver them to your accommodation.
Pharmacy and health products
We can collect and deliver over-the-counter products. For any prescribed medication, applicable rules are strictly followed and proof is required. Disneyland Taxi Conciergerie is in no way a medical service.
Luggage
Collection, transfer and delivery of suitcases between hotels, stations, airports and accommodation, subject to the terms of the service and feasibility confirmation.
Urgent documents
Confidential transport of envelopes, files, keys, computers and business documents, with the discretion this type of mission requires.
Family assistance
Stroller, child seat on request, baby items, a forgotten comfort toy, weather-appropriate clothing: we help families handle everyday logistics during their stay.

Concierge FAQ
We handle the vast majority of everyday concierge requests. Some requests may be declined if they aren't feasible or don't comply with applicable regulations — we'll confirm this before any intervention.
As much as possible for planned requests; for urgent needs, contact us directly and we'll assess feasibility based on our availability at the time of your message.
No. The mission price covers our intervention (travel, time, delivery). The cost of items purchased on your behalf is settled separately, in advance, via a secure payment link.
