Purpose

These terms govern all concierge and taxi transport services offered by Disneyland Taxi Conciergerie around Disneyland Paris, Val d'Europe, Chessy and Serris.

Nature of the service

Disneyland Taxi Conciergerie offers a service combining concierge work (roughly 80% of activity) and taxi transport (roughly 20%). No availability, timeframe or price is guaranteed before express confirmation from us.

Feasibility and quotes

Every request is subject to a feasibility check. The applicable price is communicated to the client before any intervention and is only final once confirmed in writing (message, email or WhatsApp).

Advance payment for missions requiring us to advance funds

For any mission requiring Disneyland Taxi Conciergerie to advance funds on the client's behalf (a purchase in a shop, pharmacy, florist, groceries or any other product), the client agrees to pay the full corresponding amount via a secure payment link, before Disneyland Taxi Conciergerie proceeds with the purchase or collection. No funds are advanced without prior receipt of full payment.

Waiting on site

Significant waiting time on site, whether requested by the client or resulting from the conditions of the mission, is charged at €50 per hour. This surcharge is announced and confirmed before we act.

Sensitive items and products

Disneyland Taxi Conciergerie is not a medical service. Any request relating to prescription medication is handled in strict compliance with applicable regulations and subject to the required proof being provided.

Liability

Disneyland Taxi Conciergerie does everything possible to carry out each mission with care and diligence. Its liability cannot be engaged in the event of force majeure, refusal by a third party (hotel, boutique, carrier) or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Cancellation

Any cancellation must be communicated as soon as possible. The terms for refunding any deposit or advance payment are specified at the time the mission is confirmed.

Governing law
