These vehicles serve our concierge missions just as much as our taxi rides.
Which vehicle for which mission?
The right vehicle depends on three things: how many passengers, how much luggage, and the nature of the mission. Here is how we decide.
Up to 4 passengers: the hybrid Peugeot 508
The saloon covers the vast majority of rides: a couple, a family of four, a business trip. Its boot easily takes two large suitcases and two cabin bags. Beyond that — a bulky pushchair, four large suitcases, heavy shopping bags — space runs out, and it is better to book the van from the start.
Its hybrid drivetrain is a real advantage on local journeys around Disneyland Paris: many stops, short distances, low speeds — exactly the conditions where a hybrid uses the least fuel and makes the least noise.
Up to 7 passengers: the Mercedes V-Class van
The van is the choice of larger families, groups of friends and multi-family stays. It lets everyone travel together with luggage, pushchairs and shopping rather than splitting across several cars.
It is also what we favour after a day at La Vallée Village or the Val d'Europe shopping centre, when the volume of bags goes well beyond a saloon boot.
Child seats, oversized luggage, accessibility
Tell us the age and number of children when you book: we then confirm whether we can provide a booster or a suitable seat, and which one. We never promise equipment we are not certain to have on board.
The same applies to oversized luggage (a musical instrument, sports equipment, a double pushchair) and to accessibility needs: our vehicles are not wheelchair-accessible vehicles with a ramp. Describe the situation precisely and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.
The white TAXI roof sign: what it means for you
Both our vehicles carry the regulated white TAXI roof sign. That is not decoration: it means the vehicle is a licensed, identifiable taxi rather than a private hire car. For you it means a car that is easy to spot outside a hotel or a station, within a clear regulatory framework.
For concierge missions, the same vehicle collects, carries and delivers your things — parcels, groceries, purchases, documents. That is precisely what makes the concept work: one driver, one vehicle, two trades.

Subject to availability, yes. Give us the age and number of children when you enquire: we confirm before the ride which equipment we can actually provide.
You tell us the number of passengers and bags and we advise the right vehicle. If you would rather have the van for extra comfort, say so: the price is confirmed before the mission.
Our vehicles have no wheelchair ramp. Someone who can transfer to a seat with light assistance travels comfortably, and a folding chair fits in the van. Describe your situation and we will answer honestly.
