An independent driver-concierge service around Disneyland Paris, combining item recovery, deliveries, purchases and taxi transport. 80% of our activity is concierge work, 20% is taxi driving.
No. We are an independent service. We are not affiliated with, partnered with, or sponsored by Disneyland Paris, Euro Disney S.C.A., La Vallée Village or the hotels mentioned on this site.
Mainly around Disneyland Paris, Val d'Europe, Chessy and Serris, as well as the surrounding hotels. Other journeys are possible on request.
Quotes and payment
Use our calculator for a journey estimate, or our detailed form for any concierge mission. We always confirm the price before we act.
Yes. For any mission requiring us to advance funds, full payment must be made via a secure payment link before we proceed with the purchase or collection.
We never promise a fixed price without confirmation. A quote is provided once we've checked the feasibility of your request.
Yes, significant waiting time on site is charged at €50 per hour, announced and confirmed before we act.
Concierge & specific missions
Yes, this is one of our most common missions, subject to a feasibility check with the establishment concerned.
We can deliver over-the-counter health products. For prescribed medication, applicable rules are strictly followed and proof is required. We are not a medical service.
Yes, once arrangements are confirmed with the relevant boutiques. See our dedicated shopping & La Vallée Village page.
Yes: strollers, child seats on request, baby items, forgotten comfort toys and weather-appropriate clothing are all part of our everyday missions.

A hybrid Peugeot 508 (up to 4 passengers) and a Mercedes V-Class van (up to 7 passengers), both fitted with the regulation TAXI roof sign.
