Lost an item at Marne-la-Vallée–Chessy station or on the RER
The station serving Disneyland Paris is both an RER A stop and a TGV station. Items lost there are handled by SNCF, not by Disney.
The SNCF procedure
An item lost on a train, on a platform or inside Marne-la-Vallée–Chessy station is not handled by Disneyland Paris. It falls to SNCF's lost property service, which runs under its own rules.
Reporting is done online, on the SNCF Gares & Connexions site. The station's lost property service is at place des Passagers du Vent, in Chessy. Photo ID is required to collect an item: bring it, or collection will be refused.
An item left on a TGV usually cannot be recovered at the station where you got off: it stays with the train to its terminus, where it is processed. The delay grows accordingly, and the item can end up at the other end of the country.
How we step in
We travel to the station to collect the item on your behalf, during the service's opening hours, and hand it to you at your hotel, the airport, or the address of your choice in the Paris region.
One important limit, with no exception: the ID required is that of the item's owner. If the service refuses to release it to a third party, we can do nothing, and we tell you before you commit to anything.
In practice we step in mainly when the item is confirmed available and you cannot come: you are already at the airport, or back home.
