Item left behind in a Disneyland Paris hotel
A charger in the socket, a comfort toy under the bed, a passport in the safe: what happens next depends on the hotel, and above all on what it agrees to do once you have gone.

Disney hotels: the central service applies
If you stayed in a Disney hotel — Disneyland Hotel, Hotel New York, Newport Bay Club, Sequoia Lodge, Cheyenne, Santa Fe, Davy Crockett Ranch — items left in the room enter the official circuit. Reporting is done on Troov, free of charge, and items are centralised at the Coupvray office.
Call reception anyway as soon as you notice: as long as the room has not been serviced, the item is often still there and can be set aside in your name. That is when recovery is simplest.
Partner hotels: each has its own rules
Explorers Hotel, Dream Castle, Grand Magic Hotel, B&B Hotel, Campanile Val de France, Radisson Blu, Marriott's Village, Hôtel l'Elysée Val d'Europe: these do not fall under Disney's central service. Each handles its own lost property, in its own way.
Contact reception directly, giving your room number, your stay dates and a description of the item. Ask two things explicitly: that the item be set aside in your name, and whether the hotel will release it to someone you authorise.
That second question is decisive. Many hotels refuse to hand belongings to a third party without written authorisation from the guest, and sometimes without a copy of their ID. Better to know before arranging anything.
How we step in
We contact the establishment to confirm three things: the item has been found, it is being kept in your name, and release to a third party is accepted. Only then do we travel.
We collect the item and hand it to you where you are: another hotel in the area, Marne-la-Vallée–Chessy station, Roissy-CDG, Orly, or an address in the Paris region. This is one of our most frequent missions, often the day before a flight.
We charge for the journey and the time, never for the item. If the hotel refuses to release it to a third party, we tell you and we do not act.
