Lost an item in the Disneyland Paris parks
A phone dropped on a ride, a bag left at a table, a comfort toy lost in the crowd: here is the procedure, and what it means once you have left the park.

If you are still in the park
Report the loss straight away to the staff at the place concerned: the ride operator, the restaurant server, the shop assistant. Items surface locally before being centralised, and a quick report greatly improves your chances.
Then go to the park's lost and found office: City Hall, on Main Street, in Disneyland Park; next to Studio Services, near the entrance, in Walt Disney Studios Park. Both are open during park opening hours.
An item dropped inside a ride usually cannot be recovered immediately: for safety reasons, collection often happens after closing. You will need to come back the next day or file a report online.
If you have already left the park
Report it online on Troov, the official platform used by Disneyland Paris, or through the Disneyland Paris app. It is free. Describe the item precisely and attach a photo if you have one: that is what allows it to be matched with the items collected.
Centralised items are kept at the lost and found office on Boulevard de Parc in Coupvray, open every day from 9 am to 6 pm. Collecting in person is free. Shipping is possible, but the cost depends on the item and the destination, and it is not immediate.
This is where most travellers get stuck: the item has been found, but they have gone home, or their plane leaves before they can reach Coupvray.
How we step in
We go to the lost and found office during its opening hours, collect the item and hand it to you where you are: your hotel, Marne-la-Vallée–Chessy station, Roissy-CDG or Orly airport, or an address in the Paris region.
This assumes the office agrees to release the item to a third party. Depending on what it is — identity documents, valuable equipment — written authorisation from you and a copy of your ID may be required. We check that with them before travelling.
If release to a third party is refused, we tell you and we charge nothing.

FAQ — lost in the parks
At City Hall, on Main Street, in Disneyland Park, and next to Studio Services, near the entrance, in Walt Disney Studios Park. Both are open during park opening hours.
Rarely. For safety reasons, dropped items are usually collected after the ride closes. Tell the staff, then come back the next day or report the loss online.
Retention depends on the nature of the item and is not published in a uniform way. Report your loss as soon as possible: the longer you wait, the lower your chances.
Item found, but you are no longer on site?
We collect it from the lost and found office and hand it to you where you are, when release to a third party is allowed.
