The sheer size of the property explains much of what we are asked to do: the more families there are, the more everyday mishaps multiply. Baby formula running out in the evening, not enough nappies, an over-the-counter medicine to collect, a change of clothes after a downpour — these are the most frequent missions here.
Its wing layout, with long distances between the main entrance and some rooms, also generates luggage-related requests: a suitcase to collect after check-out for a day at the parks, belongings to move to another hotel in the area, or a bag to take to Marne-la-Vallée–Chessy station before a train.
