The Sequoia Lodge welcomes many large families and groups, often gathered for a special occasion: a child's birthday, a family reunion, a long-planned trip. It is the hotel where we deliver the most cakes, balloons and small surprises to be dropped off discreetly before guests reach their room.
Mid-stay hotel changes are also common in this area, and with them forgotten items: a comfort toy left under a bed, a charger in a socket, a garment in a wardrobe. We recover these from the previous establishment, subject to its agreement and the hand-over conditions it applies.
Make a requestThe property is spread between the main building and several lodges, which makes walking distances longer. For families loaded with bags, we take charge of transporting purchases made at La Vallée Village or the Val d'Europe shopping centre right to reception, rather than having you carry them.
For a surprise, tell us the time you have in mind: we coordinate the hand-over with reception so that it stays discreet.

We can buy and deliver a cake, balloons or gifts. Setting them up in the room is entirely up to the hotel: we hand everything to reception or to you in person, depending on what is permitted.
